Sintetica announces the appointment of Brendan O’Grady as an independent director to its Board of Directors
Mr. O’Grady brings more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with significant commercial expertise in specialty/innovative, generics, biologic, and bio-similar products.
He spent the early part of his career with Sanofi predecessor companies in a variety of commercial and medical affairs roles. More recently, he served as EVP North America Commercial for Teva Pharmaceuticals and simultaneously as President & CEO of Teva USA. He joins the Sintetica board from Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, where he served as CEO of their Global Pharmaceutical Business.
Mr. O’Grady holds a B.S. degree from Geneseo State University (SUNY) and an MBA from Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas. Thanks to his worlswide Pharmaceutical market experience, he will bring clear additional value to our Board of Directors.
