Describe a day at Sintetica:
As a member of the pharmaceutical development department, a typical day in Sintetica involves both experimentation and analysis (mainly HPLC analysis, but not only). My work mainly focuses on stability studies, with a focus on pharmaceutical development projects. Besides data analysis and interpretation, I engage in a variety of other tasks, including analysis review, SOP editing, participation in the validation and transfer of analytical methods, training of apprentices, and much more. I can guarantee it: you will not get bored in Sintetica!

What do you enjoy most about working here?
Most of all, I appreciate the collaborative culture among colleagues. I can always find someone willing to share their experience, helping me learn something new every day.

What is the most memorable moment you have experienced here?
The implementation of the LEMS system, to which I actively contributed. It has completely changed our way of working, reducing the quantity of paper documents, as well as further optimising the laboratory. Participating in its development was a difficult challenge, however, it is really rewarding to see the system in place.
